CROSS-EYED MONKEY get it´s strength from four core priciples: Learning, Business, Design and Emotion.

1. Learning.  Good shit in. Good shit out. The fast-evolving and ever-changing consumer landscape requires real time insight and knowledge about technology, people behavior and culture. To be interesting you must adapt accordingly and always be on the look out for new opportunities and positions for your brand, product or service.

2. Business. Nobody wants to listen to boring people. In a media saturated and globalized world, making people listen to you is difficult. Making them care is even more challenging. Understanding business is the first important step in order to figure what to do, how to do it, where to do it and why cutomers should bother to do anything.

3. Design. Talk is cheap. The days when a creative concept was a one-liner under a logo, a clever headline and a funny photo or a film are over. Today, a creative concept must be designed to be attractive and effective on a wide range of arenas. You need to involve people and give them something in return and you have to do it in the right context at the right time.

4. Emotion. If your heart isn´t in it, don´t do it. Fueling strong brand experiences demand emotional concepts. Talking to the brain is essenatial, but you need to talk to and ignite the heart to be inspiring and remembered. Only then do you build your brand, people engage and your customers become advocates.

Telling the story that can be experienced and involves your clients. A brand is no longer defines by what it says, but what it does. A story is not just a line of text. It can be the narrative for a service or a product. It can also be an experiece - digital or physical. The closer to the heart you can find the story. The stronger it is and longer it lasts.
